Job Summary
Parthasarathi Services is hiring experienced and motivated District Managers to manage sales and business development activities at the district level across India. The candidate will be responsible for leading sales executives, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence in the assigned district.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all Sales Executives within the assigned state.

Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives across districts.

Achieve state-level sales targets and revenue goals.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the state.

Build strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers.

Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance tracking of the sales team.

Coordinate with the head office and accounts team for smooth operations.

Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback.
Eligibility Criteria

Preferred Candidates: Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen only.

Minimum Qualification: Graduation (any stream).

Experience: Leadership, administration, or sales experience preferred; team-handling background will be an advantage.
